I went to see Dr. Fleshner for a second opinion when I was diagnosed with a prostate cancer. Dr. Fleshner was very attentive, listened to my concerns and took the time to answer every question I had. He ordered all kinds of tests, made sure that all things were taken into consideration before the surgery. On the day of the surgery, the whole team working with Dr. Fleshner stopped by before the surgery, including the doctor himself. They were very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful and made me feel calmer knowing I was in good capable hands. Dr. Fleshner also called after the surgery and spoke to my wife and daughter explaining everything. He is an excellent doctor, amazing surgeon and he approaches his patients with empathy and kindness, there are not that many doctors who take the time to do so. His team of residents is great, they were always available in the hospital and after the release to answer any questions or concerns.
