All of our procedures are performed in our fully equipped outpatient clinic, which is a CPSO-certified Out-of-Hospital Premises (OHP). This means our facility meets strict standards for safety and quality, including on-site anaesthesia administered by anesthesiologists. You’ll go home the same day – no hospital stay required.

There is no charge to the patient for the initial consultation with our urologists.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another patient.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a fee charged directly to you.

We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for procedure cancellations. Late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.

Initial consultations can often be done by phone, and we’ll work with you to coordinate testing or treatment efficiently, with as few trips as possible.

Yes — we welcome patients from outside Canada, including the U.S. If you’re exploring options for focal therapy or other advanced treatments, we’re happy to help.
